With the holiday season fast approaching, make sure you are aware of these changes to our shipping and return policies: <h2 id="shipping">Shipping:</h2>Our standard shipping policy will remain in effect through the holiday season. We will ship every business day from our warehouse in Sandy, Utah. Orders that are placed will ship within 24 business hours of purchase.We do not fulfill and ship orders on the following days:<ul><li>Thanksgiving (November 23rd)</li><li>Christmas Eve (December 24th)</li><li>Christmas Day (December 25th)</li><li>Day after Christmas (December 26th)</li><li>New Years Eve (December 31st)</li><li>New Years Day (January 1st)</li></ul>In an effort to help you plan your gift-giving, we guarantee delivery of orders with selected shipping service by Christmas within the USA if ordered by the following dates:<ul><li>Standard:&#xA0;December 17th</li><li>UPS 2nd Day Air: December 19th</li><li>UPS Next Day Air: December 22nd</li></ul>For European Orders being delivered within the European Union, we guarantee delivery by Christmas if ordered by Wednesday, December 20th. For other European orders (such as the UK), please place your order by December 16th.All orders placed after this day may arrive after Christmas. <h2 id="returns">Returns:</h2>We are pleased to announce that we are extending the return window for items purchased during the month of November and December. All items purchased between November 1 and December 31 will be eligible for return until March 31, 2025. The same one-year warranty will still apply to all orders and is effective from the date of delivery. Returns are still subject to our return policy.It is also helpful to note that all gift receivers can submit their own return or exchange via our return portal by clicking the &quot;Start Gift Return&quot; button.
