What is your shipping policy?

If you sign up for our mailing list, you'll get a code to save $25 on your first purchase of one full Haven Tent, Haven XL, or Haven Safari kit. And if you purchase two or more kits, you'll get $60 off with the same code! More Haven means more savings!

Where can I get a discount?

If you live in the US, go ahead and place an order. If you do a backyard test*, we'll be happy to accept your return. We don't get many back though :)

If you end up wanting to send it back, just shoot us a message and we will send you return instructions.

* A backyard test is just like it sounds. A short test where the tent is not used overnight or put in proximity to a campfire or pets. Use the pump bag or electric pump to inflate the air mattress, and leave guy lines and stakes in the original packaging. This ensures we can resell the tent if you decide to return it.

Can I test a tent? I'm not sure I will like it.

The Haven Tent relies heavily on a good fitting pad to achieve our patented lay-flat design. The Haven Insulated pad provides necessary horizontal rigidity that helps keep the tent open while also maximizing comfort and quality. If you choose to not purchase a pad, you won't be as comfortable because the sides of the tent will fold in on you when inside. 

If you have a pad of your own, you will need to make sure it fits properly. If your pad is too small, it will slide around in the tent, and if it is too big, it will not fit in the tent at all. Additionally, if it has vertical bevels as opposed to horizontal, the sides of the tent are more likely to fold in on you.

If you choose to order a tent without a pad, just make sure the pad you have is as close to the dimensions of our pad as possible and offer good horizontal rigidity:
