Haven Tents Return Processing Times
We do our best to process and issue refunds for returned items within one week of receipt. We guarantee returns to be processed no later than one month of returns. If you are waiting on a refund for a returned item, please be patient and wait up to 7 days before contacting us. Haven Tents is operated by a small team and thus, sometimes processing returns can take longer than we would like.
