Shopping in Your Local Market

When you visit HavenTents.com from a European location, our website will automatically recognize your country and display a popup. This popup allows you to shop in your local currency and market. Available Products

While we strive to make our entire product range available worldwide, some items may not yet be carried at our European warehouse or sold in Europe. When browsing from Europe, you will only see products currently available in your region. If you are interested in a product not available in Europe, please contact our support team to request a manual order. Keep in mind, international shipping charges and additional fees will apply.

Pricing and Currency

Haven Tents is based in the United States, so all prices on our website are listed in USD. When shopping in Europe, prices will be converted to your local currency based on current exchange rates. These rates fluctuate daily, which may cause minor changes in prices from day to day.

Shipping Information

All orders for European customers are shipped from our partner warehouse in Slovakia. This ensures faster delivery and reduced shipping costs within Europe. However, if you reside in a non-EU member state such as the UK or Switzerland, please note the following:

  • Duties and import taxes may apply to your order.

  • These fees will be calculated and collected at checkout to avoid unexpected charges upon receipt.

For items shipped internationally from outside Europe, customers are responsible for any additional import duties, taxes, and carrier fees.

Manual Orders for Non-European Products

If you wish to purchase an item not available in Europe, our support team can assist with a manual order. To request a manual order:
