We stand by the quality of our products and offer a one-year limited warranty on all of them. If your product arrives damaged or defective or you encounter any issues within the first year, please let us know, and we'll ensure you're taken care of. In addition to our warranty, we have a generous 60-day return policy for our tents. This gives you the opportunity to test and try out your hammock for 60 days from the date of receipt. If you decide it's not the right fit for you, we also offer a "backyard test." Hang the hammock in your backyard or a clean area away from pet hair, smoke, and dirt to ensure it's in like-new condition. If you're unsatisfied, you can return it for a full refund. The process is simple and can be initiated through our returns portal.

To be eligible to submit a warranty request, you must be the original recipient of the item.

As part of our ongoing effort to bring the comfort of your bed at home into the great outdoors, we have partnered with various brands to offer some of their products on our storefront. If you purchase one of these products from our Gear Room, that item is subject to the shipping, return, and warranty policies of the respective vendor.
