Can I edit or add anything to my order?Updated 2 months ago

Once an order is placed, we work quickly to process and ship it, which means there’s only a short window for making changes. If you need to edit or add items to your order, here’s what you should know:

Making Changes to Your Order

  1. Contact Us Quickly: If you need to make any changes, contact our customer support team through our Contact Page as soon as possible. When you place your order, it is automatically placed in a 6-hour holding period where we can easily make adjustments as needed. We cannot guarantee a order adjustment request after that time period. We will, however, still do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed.

  2. Adding Items: To add items to your order, the simplest option is to place a separate order for the additional items. If your original order has not yet shipped, contact us, and we’ll try to combine the orders to save on shipping costs.

  3. Editing Order Details: If you need to update your shipping address or correct an error, please reach out to us right away. We can update the details if the order is still in our system and hasn’t been shipped yet.

If the Order Has Already Shipped

Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make any changes. If necessary, you can initiate a return or place a new order for additional items.
