Changes to Shipping AddressUpdated 2 months ago

Once an order is placed, it is usually packed and shipped out within 1 business day. Up until the package leaves our warehouse, changes to your shipping address can be made by sending us a message. In the event that the package leaves and a change to your address needs to be made, customers will need to contact the delivery service used to send the package (usually UPS or USPS). 

If you incorrectly entered your address when placing your order, and your order has already left our warehouse, you'll need to contact the shipping carrier directly to get your package re-routed to where it needs to be. Failure to do this may result in your items being sent back to us. If this happens, you will need to contact us and let us know what the correct address is so we can make sure we get it re-sent to the correct location.
