We understand that mistakes happen! If you realize you need to change your shipping address, here’s what you should know:
Changing Your Address Before Shipment
Once an order is placed, it’s usually packed and shipped within 1 business day. Up until the package leaves our warehouse, you can still update your shipping address by contacting our customer service team.
Changing Your Address After Shipment
If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to contact the delivery carrier (typically UPS or USPS) directly to request an address change. Here’s how:
- Contact the Shipping Carrier:Reach out to the carrier to request a reroute.
- Package Returned to Us: If you do not update your address in time and the package is returned to our warehouse, we will cancel and refund the order. You will need to re-place the order using the correct shipping address.
