How long will it take for my package to arrive?Updated 4 months ago

Shipments within the USA

We work hard to get each order processed, packaged, and shipped within no more than 2 business days. Once it ships, it takes between 3 and 5 business days to arrive at your address.

Shipments in Europe

Orders placed from our website to addresses in Europe will ship from our warehouse in Slovakia. These orders are generally turned around and shipped out within 2 business days of purchase and arrive between 3-7 days depending on where you live.

Countries outside of the European Union

Orders placed to countries within Europe, but outside of the European Union (such as the United Kingdom and Switzerland) may take slightly longer to ship and arrive depending on your country's current customs and import policy. Packages typically arrive no later than 10 days after shipment.

Note: If you pre-order a tent, be aware that it will not ship until the middle of the pre-order month, or as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.
