What do I do if I have a tracking number but the package hasn't moved in a few days?Updated a month ago

As soon as your order is placed, a shipping label is usually created and a tracking number is assigned to your package. Normally, your order will be shipped within 1 business day of order placement which means you may not notice any change to your tracking information during that time. After your package is handed off to the carrier, it can sometimes take an additional 24 hours for the tracking to be updated.

When a few business days pass without any movement on tracking, it's generally due to one of two reasons:

  1. The carrier has not updated the tracking yet
  2. Your order includes an item that is on backorder

In the event that your order includes an item that is out of stock or on back order, your tracking information will not have any updates until we ship it when we receive your item at our warehouse.
